Purpose and philosophy
The ESA Introductory Scuba Diving program has been conceived for favoring the approach to the recreational underwater activity with a simple, encoded and sure method that allows the participants to have experience under the supervision of a certified ESA Instructor.
The participants after the theoretical-informative part will be able to participate in the delimited water activities and subsequently to the first dive in free waters of the ESA Open Water Diver course. After this dive the student can effect dive experience within established limits and under the guide of a qualify ESA instructor. The program doesn't attest the preparation and the certification necessary to be able to dive in autonomous way, to rent equipment, to reload cylinders, etc.
The approach has to be the more friendly possible and it has to underline the tied up aspects to the safety of the scuba diver over that to the knowledge and the respect of the environment, without neglecting the fun of the participants.
Also keeping in mind of the least finishing lines that obligatorily the participant owes to reach, the program has been conceived so that to go toward the more possible to the demands of the single person in terms of time, formality of learning and possible repetition of the different formative phases.
The philosophy of the course is turned to the knowledge of the recreational underwater activity stimulating the desire to participate in the course ESA Open Water Diver with greater awareness towards the safety.
