ESA Instructor Course has been conceived to introduce and develop knowledge and techniques to promote, plane, manage and conduct ESA recreational training program. The course main aim is to provide candidates great professional capabilities about diving techniques, knowledge of the aquatic world and about promotion, organization, managing and conducting of main ESA Educational Programs.
The ESA Instructor training process plays a fundamental role in the ESA Educational System.
ESA Instructors are deeply involved about developing and practical application of the system. By the correct application of the system, ESA Instructors will permit the training and the improvement of new and expertise divers.
Through the study and the practical experience, carried out under the guide of a qualified ESA Instructor Course Director, the participant improves personal attitude toward the safety and can discover and evaluate his/her teaching capabilities and limitation. The course require the study of the ESA Instructor Manual, the manuals of the ESA recreational diving courses, the presentations delivered by the ESA Instructor Course Director and his/her team, the evaluation of the underwater abilities, the evaluation of the aquatic rescue abilities, the conducting of theoretical and practical training sessions.
